Having the customer in mind while trying to sell a product is crucial because, in the end, the customers are the beneficiaries of the product. You spoke, and Dodopay heard hence our most recent feature on the app. Formally, we made the app solely for Nigerians living in Nigeria but subsequently thought that Nigerian residents don’t have to enjoy these financial benefits alone, plus customer feedback prompted us to introduce this new feature.
